Description
Volunteer in the intake department of the thrift store in Hoogeveen. You contribute to processing donated items and support the goal of a circular society and providing opportunities for children living in poverty.
Job requirements
- Critical and able to assess the value of products.
- Ability to work well in a team and work independently.
- Enjoying contact with people and warmly welcoming people who bring items.
Tasks
- Selecting brought in items based on saleability.
- Kindly refuse hard-to-sell products.
- Contribute to sustainable waste streams.
- Keeping the warehouse clean and tidy.
Working conditions
A pleasant workplace with plenty of opportunities for contact. Flexible work: time of day and number of hours by mutual agreement. Preference for at least four hours per week. Volunteer insurance.
