Description
As a commercial point of contact for housing associations, project developers, and other key players, you will establish sustainable partnerships for gas-free homes. You will contribute to commercial direction and market positioning, and translate market and customer needs into concrete opportunities.
Job requirements
- Proactive attitude with sharp listening skills and a hands-on mentality.
- At least three years of experience in a commercial B2B role, preferably in real estate, energy or technology.
- Commercial insight and natural persuasiveness.
- Independent, results-oriented and pragmatic work.
- Affinity with the energy transition and sustainable innovations.
Tasks
- Maintaining and expanding a network within the target group and building lasting relationships.
- Initiating discussions and meetings with relevant parties to establish collaborations.
- Convincingly presenting the added value of our solutions in discussions, presentations and proposals.
- Identifying market and customer needs and translating them into concrete commercial opportunities.
- Closing deals and guiding commercial processes through to contracting.
- Collaborate with colleagues from technology, implementation and strategy to create winning propositions.
- Thinking about improving conversion and customer experience.
