Description
As an administrative acceptance officer, you process the administration and registration of various incoming and outgoing materials and support the acceptance team on location.
Job requirements
- MBO level of thinking or working in an administrative or environmental field, or equivalent experience (at least 1–3 years).
- In possession of a VCA diploma, or willing to obtain one.
- Affinity with legislation and regulations or willingness to delve into it.
- Stress resistance, integrity, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Eager-to-learn team player, flexible and able to quickly switch priorities.
- Interest in the circular economy and sustainability, and a positive, problem-solving attitude.
Tasks
- Processing the administration of incoming and outgoing materials.
- Responsible for the correct administration of waste materials, mineral waste, construction materials, and soil and dredged material flows in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Entering weighing data into the weighing system and checking that data.
- Managing project files and supporting the preparation of overviews and reports.
- Drawing up quotations under the responsibility of an acceptor.
- Handling correspondence and customer contact regarding registrations for offered materials and maintaining contact with existing customers.
- Consulting with the acceptance team and the execution team to support daily operations.
