Service Technician Business Market

As a service technician, you are responsible for troubleshooting and performing periodic maintenance for business clients in the province of Friesland. You primarily work on utility installations for heating, cooling, and ventilation at manufacturing companies, retail stores, metalworking companies, the hospitality industry, and business service providers. The work is usually carried out according to a structured periodic schedule, with occasional ad-hoc assignments.

• Minimum completed MBO level 3 in a relevant field.
• Relevant work experience in commercial service and maintenance of central heating boilers, heat pumps, air conditioners, and ventilation systems; several years of experience are preferred.
• Training as a Service Technician or Technician for Service and Maintenance of Mechanical Installations is an advantage.
• SCIOS Scope 1 and/or STEK certification is an advantage but not required.
• Experience with cascade configurations is a plus.
• In possession of driving license B.
• Mastery of the Dutch language.
• Competencies: independent, proactive, communicative, flexible, customer-oriented, reliable, and positive attitude.

• Independently troubleshooting commercial central heating boilers, heat pumps, ventilation systems, and air conditioners.
• Diagnosis and repair of various installations.
• Performing periodic maintenance on utility installations.
• Checking installations for proper condition and functioning.
• Working according to a structured periodic schedule and handling ad-hoc service orders.
