The role focuses on working safely at height and in confined spaces. You advise on, inspect, and supervise high-risk activities and contribute to the continuous improvement of workplace safety. You work both independently on projects and as part of a team, regularly performing operational fieldwork. The work takes place throughout the Netherlands, with a clear focus on the northeast.

Tasks

  • Conducting workplace inspections and safety rounds.
  • Preparation and assessment of Task Risk Analyses (TRAs) and work plans.
  • Providing advice on working safely at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Supervising projects and shutdowns due to increased risk.
  • Providing toolbox meetings and safety briefings.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement safety measures.
  • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and company procedures.
  • Safety supervision during high-risk activities.
  • Performing work at height (rope access) and performing safety support activities.
  • Being part of and participating in the rescue team.
  • Collaborating with colleagues within the industry to gain safe access to installations and guiding personnel during this process.
