Safety function focused on working at height and in confined spaces.
Responsibilities: safety support, workplace inspections, rope access, and participation in the rescue team.
Required: motivated, in good physical condition, willing to travel and work night shifts.
Description
The role focuses on working safely at height and in confined spaces. You advise on, inspect, and supervise high-risk activities and contribute to the continuous improvement of workplace safety. You work both independently on projects and as part of a team, regularly performing operational fieldwork. The work takes place throughout the Netherlands, with a clear focus on the northeast.

Tasks
- Conducting workplace inspections and safety rounds.
- Preparation and assessment of Task Risk Analyses (TRAs) and work plans.
- Providing advice on working safely at heights and in confined spaces.
- Supervising projects and shutdowns due to increased risk.
- Providing toolbox meetings and safety briefings.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement safety measures.
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and company procedures.
- Safety supervision during high-risk activities.
- Performing work at height (rope access) and performing safety support activities.
- Being part of and participating in the rescue team.
- Collaborating with colleagues within the industry to gain safe access to installations and guiding personnel during this process.
Working conditions
