Consultant Performance Management North
Description
As a Performance Management Consultant, you coach colleagues in the Northern Netherlands on the application of Performance Management and Continuous Improvement. You help improve production control and identify and realize improvement potential, so that work is carried out more effectively and efficiently.
Job requirements
- At least a higher professional education diploma and a working and thinking level equivalent to a university degree.
- Extensive experience with Lean and performance management.
Tasks
- Coaching colleagues at various levels on the application of Performance Management.
- Guide in conducting the correct performance dialogue until they master it independently.
- Ensure clear goals, for example using the OGSM or OKR methodology.
- Promoting uniform working methods and a culture in which continuous improvement is central.
- Act as the permanent point of contact for Kolham; gather issues and help departments carry out their work more effectively and efficiently.
- Developing and securing the maturity level of Performance Management and Continuous Improvement at the branches through guidance, exemplary behavior, and, where applicable, training based on the standardized working method.
- Supporting clients with Lean issues, such as strategy execution and guiding improvement initiatives, and introducing them to the principles of Performance Management.
- Collaborating with colleagues on personal and team development by sharing knowledge and experiences and further developing the department.
- Work in Kolham and possibly other northern branches.
