HVAC / Refrigeration Technician
HVAC/Refrigeration Technician for data centers, working day shifts.
Responsible for maintenance and troubleshooting of refrigeration and climate control systems.
Technical diploma required; Refrigeration Technician or F-Gas certification is a plus.
Description
As an HVAC / Cooling Technician for Data Centers, you are the indispensable link in a state-of-the-art environment where all technologies converge. You work from data centers, both independently and as part of a team, on diverse technical challenges. You work during the day shift and have the option to work on-call shifts. Work location: data centers in the province of Groningen.
Job requirements
Thanks to your keen technical insight and strong eagerness to learn, you can quickly master the operation of installations; experience in data centers is not necessary.
- Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering or a comparable education
- Additional diplomas/certificates such as Refrigeration Technician and/or F-Gas are a plus.
- Customer- and solution-oriented mindset
- Good command of English and good communication skills
Tasks
Daily activities are:
- Maintenance of all types of mechanical, refrigeration, and climate control systems
- Performing preventive maintenance and inspections on the installations
- Identifying the need for project-based maintenance of the facilities
- Troubleshooting technical malfunctions
- Supervising technicians from suppliers performing work on location
- Ordering necessary materials and tools
