Student Intern Sustainable Energy Support

As a Sustainable Energy Support Student Intern, you are the first point of contact for residents regarding their heating. The role is varied and involves both telephone customer contact and behind-the-scenes administrative work.

• No minimum education is required; however, a minimum MBO-4 working and thinking level is required.
• You have a command of Dutch; you speak and write Dutch well.
• Available approximately 16 hours per week, preferably Wednesday and Friday.
• Strong communication skills and helpful.
• Switching quickly between systems and tasks.
• Working accurately and thinking in terms of solutions.

• Answer residents' calls regarding malfunctions, invoices, and usage.
• Answering emails and ensuring that everyone is helped via that channel.
• Processing data in various systems.
• Working together with colleagues on a daily basis to provide the best solutions.
