Junior Advisor works on inclusive sustainability for residents within the municipal Energy Transition portfolio.

Description
You work within the municipal Energy Transition portfolio of Sudwest-Fryslân. You make a concrete contribution to making sustainability accessible to residents, with a strong focus on coaching, unburdening, and subsidy support. You operate at the intersection of policy and implementation, translating complex regulations into understandable and workable solutions for residents and local initiatives.
Job requirements
- Higher professional education (HBO) working and thinking level, preferably with a degree in sustainability, environmental science, or social geography.
- Demonstrable affinity with the energy transition and with social issues within the inclusive energy transition.
- Demonstrable examples of bridging policy and implementation and of translating processes into practice.
- Demonstrable experience in writing council proposals.
- Basic knowledge of subsidy schemes, such as ISDE and/or NIP.
- Good communication skills and the ability to convey complex information in an understandable way to residents and initiators.
- Preferably specific training, traineeship, or education in the field of energy transition.
- Demonstrable experience with data management and processing.
Tasks
- Coaching and unburdening residents regarding sustainability measures.
- Assisting with the application and use of subsidy schemes.
- Translating complex regulations and policy frameworks into practical, workable solutions.
- Ensuring the quality, integrity, and feasibility of initiatives and processes.
- Involving relevant stakeholders and carefully handling various interests.
- Maintaining control throughout all phases of projects and initiatives.
Working conditions
- Freelance option: fixed margin of 10% on the hourly rate.
- Freelancer option: lightning-fast payment within 1 business day after receiving the customer.
- Freelance option: complete freedom without a non-compete or non-solicitation clause.
- Secondment: margin of 15% of the hourly rate; the remainder is fully remunerated as gross salary.
- Secondment: net payment within 1 working day after payment by the client.
- No restrictive clauses for the future in the case of secondment.
Description of the organization
- Rapid screening of CVs for match with the assignment and against hard requirements and preferences.
- Advice on a competitive rate based on market data and optimization of proposals for maximum persuasiveness.
- Terms and rates are agreed upon transparently in advance.
- Intensive guidance during the selection process, in which the candidate remains in control.
- Support with drafting a professional proposal and with the selection process.
