Description
In the role of Site Manager, you are responsible for leading and coordinating the daily execution of projects for the new construction of high-voltage substations, station substations, and substations. You make independent decisions, monitor risks and progress, act as the point of contact for the client, and are involved in work preparation.
Job requirements
- MBO or HBO education in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in guiding, coaching, and managing staff.
- Able to maintain a good overview.
- Self-confidence and positive energy.
Tasks
- Leading and coordinating the daily execution of projects.
- Monitoring risks to employees and the progress of the work.
- Serve as the point of contact for the client during the execution.
- Receiving and evaluating assignments, drawings, and specifications.
- Participation in and execution of work preparation.
- Making independent decisions during execution.
