Description
You are the face of the Assen Energy Desk and help residents on their personal journey towards making their homes more sustainable. You answer questions, investigate the request for assistance, and arrange appropriate, free support, ranging from an energy coach to tailored energy advice. You work together with colleagues from the Municipality of Assen, Vaart Welzijn, and Actium.
Job requirements
- You work in a structured and process-oriented manner and are good at organizing things.
- Friendly, assertive, proactive, and you communicate clearly with various target groups.
- You feel comfortable as the first point of contact for residents, listen well, and know how to clarify the question.
- You handle questions independently or involve the appropriate colleague when necessary.
- You derive satisfaction from smoothly running administration and work accurately and carefully.
- Experience with Office and CRM systems is required.
- An affinity with sustainability is a plus, or you are motivated to delve into this.
- You are willing to work outside regular office hours occasionally for meetings.
- You are open to mastering new developments and enjoy pioneering in a role that is evolving.
Tasks
- Answering questions from residents and investigating their request for assistance.
- Conducting walk-in consultations and in-person appointments at the energy desk.
- Managing residents' personal route to making their homes more sustainable.
- Consult with residents and colleagues on specific issues and share relevant subsidies and schemes.
- Maintaining and updating the CRM system to record the progress and plans of residents.
- Liaising with various colleagues from participating organizations to make correct information available at the energy desk.
- Contribute to keeping the digital energy desk up to date.
- Attend meetings regarding the sustainability of the built environment.
