Electrical Contractor

Responsible for the execution, expansion, reinforcement, and maintenance of the electricity grid in the Groningen region. Ensures that work is carried out safely and on schedule, in close cooperation with work planners, other site managers, and engineers, and is regularly present on site to supervise the work.

• MBO 4 diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• Several years of supervisory experience in the technical field, for example as a lead mechanic or site supervisor.
• Willingness to follow all necessary training and courses to become a fully-fledged executor.
• Rules of conduct and safety mindset: "We work safely, or we don't work," and holding others accountable for this.
• Proficiency in finding technical solutions and responding quickly to malfunctions.
• Ability to communicate with clients in clear language, from corporate to private.
• Coaching skills to help colleagues grow in craftsmanship and safety.

• Ensuring that work is carried out safely and on schedule.
• Leading activities from preparation to completion, including the Annual Order Book.
• Managing activities related to maintenance, breakdowns, inspections, and replacement projects.
• Guiding and coaching mechanics and specialists in craftsmanship and safety.
• Performing switching operations.
• Drafting work plans and framework agreements.
• Performing on-call duties for breakdowns according to the applicable rotation (approximately once every 5/6 weeks).

• Contribution of 70% to the ABP Choice Pension.
