Description
As a Customer Service Specialist, you guide the onboarding of new customers for Smart Energy Services, act as the first point of contact for technical questions and problems, and collaborate with the sales team to provide technical input. You clearly explain complex information, gather customer feedback, and initiate improvement actions for an optimal customer experience.
Job requirements
- HBO working and thinking level.
- 1–3 years of work experience in B2B customer service and experience building long-term customer relationships.
- Experience in a (technical) customer support or operational role, preferably in the technology or energy sector; in the absence of sector experience, motivation for the sector is important.
- Good communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Experience with tools such as HubSpot or AirTable is a plus.
- Personal qualities: service-oriented, patient and customer-friendly, socially skilled, analytical, eager to learn, curious, structured and proactive.
Tasks
- Guiding the onboarding of new clients and intensive contact during the first few weeks.
- Ensuring that installation and data processing function correctly and that customers feel well assisted.
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers and partners regarding technical questions and problems.
- Explaining complex information in a clear and accessible way.
- Collaborate with the sales team by providing technical input.
- Registering and handling incoming requests and tickets to the customer's satisfaction.
- Analyzing data to find appropriate solutions.
- Collecting feedback and translating it into concrete improvement actions; taking initiative in process improvements.
Working conditions
- Gross monthly salary between €3.000 and €5.246 (based on 40 hours).
- Personal budget of 12% on top of the salary (of which 8% is holiday allowance and 4% for personal purposes).
- 26 vacation days plus 2 collective days off (based on 40 hours).
