Field Service Manager

Job requirements
- Bachelor's level of working and thinking, preferably in a technical field.
- Experience in a technical environment, for example machine building or installation engineering.
- Proven experience with field service, installation and commissioning.
- Experience in managing teams and developing people.
- Strong in process improvement and project-based work.
- Good communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Affinity with energy, hydrogen or zero-emission mobility is a plus.
Tasks
- Set up and further develop a professional, scalable field service and installation organization.
- Translate the business plan into concrete objectives for installation, commissioning and service.
- Develop a clear vision of field operations as a commercial growth driver.
- Prepare annual plans and KPIs and actively manage performance.
- Lead and coach a multidisciplinary team of approximately 15–20 professionals, fostering ownership, craftsmanship and collaboration.
- Ensure efficient planning and deployment of resources, including international deployments.
- Safeguard smooth handovers of projects to installation and commissioning teams.
- Contribute to the development of service contracts and maintenance services.
- Play a key role throughout the lifecycle of systems, from on‑site installation to long‑term performance and support.
