Description

As a Working Foreman Insulation, you are the linchpin in the execution of insulation work on site.

Job requirements

  • MBO working and thinking level.
  • Extensive relevant work experience as a manager.
  • VCA-VOL.
  • Driving License B.
  • Subject-related courses.
  • Good command of Dutch; some speaking skills in English and/or German.
  • Commitment, clear communication, and the ability to positively lead a team and collaborate with various parties.

Tasks

  • Performing insulation, (dis)assembly, and sealing work.
  • Ensuring the correct and safe execution of insulation-related work in accordance with procedures and work instructions.
  • Monitoring safety, quality, and productivity during the work activities.
  • Managing a team of (apprentice) mechanics and temporary workers, including delegating and providing clear work instructions.
  • Guiding, training, and coaching (apprentice) mechanics.
  • Maintain contact with clients, contractors, and project managers and inform them about progress and bottlenecks.
