Description

Word expert in pulpproductie en stuur complexe processen aan als (leerling) operator. Je wordt opgeleid om het gehele productieproces te beheersen en werkt volgens strikte procedures op het gebied van veiligheid, gezondheid, milieu en kwaliteit. Je stuurt en regelt processen zowel vanuit het veld als vanuit de controlekamer, neemt beslissingen op basis van procesgegevens en lost storingen snel en efficiënt op. Je voert diverse proces-technische werkzaamheden uit, legt resultaten nauwkeurig vast in procescontrolelijsten, werkt productanalyses uit en draagt verantwoordelijkheid tijdens dienstwisselingen via overdrachtsrapportages en VPM-overleg. Samenwerking met technische diensten is een essentieel onderdeel van de functie en je krijgt zowel theoretische als praktische proceskennis met regelmatige toetsmomenten.

Job requirements

  • Completed Operator B training or a relevant technical education at MBO-4 level (e.g. Mechanical Engineering, Process Technology, AOT).
  • Passion for engineering and demonstrable affinity with technology.
  • High safety awareness in accordance with applicable guidelines.
  • Zowel zelfstandig kunnen werken als goed kunnen samenwerken in teamverband.
  • Intrinsic drive to continuously improve and take initiative.
  • Precise working method due to the high risk of damage.

Tasks

  • Be trained to master the entire pulp production process.
  • Working in accordance with procedures in the areas of safety, health, environment and quality.
  • Directing and regulating complex processes from the field and the control room.

Description of the organization

Teijin Aramid is een vooruitstrevend chemisch productiebedrijf en marktleider in aramidevezels. We produceren de goudgele Twaron-aramide die wereldwijd wordt toegepast om producten sterker en veiliger te maken.
