Description
As a service technician for electrical installations, you are the technical point of contact for customers and colleagues. You work independently on a wide range of electrical installations in various buildings, troubleshoot, perform maintenance, and mentor junior technicians.
Job requirements
- MBO-4 diploma in Electrical Engineering or comparable.
- 1–2 years of relevant work experience as a service engineer in the electrical installation industry.
- Good command of the Dutch language in word and writing.
- Knowledge of modern electrical installations and building management systems.
- In possession of a VCA certificate or willing to obtain one.
- Proactive and customer-oriented work attitude.
- Driving License B.
Tasks
- Independently detect and resolve faults in electrical installations.
- Carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance according to schedule.
- Installing and modifying electrical systems and components.
- Advising customers on the condition of their installations and possible improvements.
- Supervising and training junior mechanics.
- Accurate reporting of work performed.
- Thinking about improvements and optimizations of installations with a view to sustainability.
