Description
As a co-driver, you are the driver's right hand and assist on an on-call basis with the collection of commercial waste in Drachten or Groningen. You are part of a progressive and committed team.
Job requirements
- Flexible availability four days a week.
- Mastery of the Dutch language.
- Living in the Drachten area and in possession of a car for deployment from Groningen location if necessary.
Tasks
- You depart between 06:00 and 07:00 together with the driver you are working with that day.
- You follow the planned route and work in the region during every shift.
- You collect commercial waste from various locations, from production companies to catering establishments.
- You connect containers to the truck and ensure that they are emptied safely and efficiently.
- You drive from business to business; the end time depends on the route.
Working conditions
- Temporary with the prospect of a permanent contract (approximately 6 months to 1 year).
- Travel allowance of €0,23 per kilometre (maximum €11,50 per day).
