Job requirements

  • Experience with supply chain and project coordination, preferably in a complex operational environment.

  • Experience with a grid operator is a plus.

Tasks

  • Developing and maintaining a chain-wide release schedule and sub-schedules per release.
  • Directing the entire release cycle: initiating, executing, and completing releases.
  • Monitoring process agreements, dependencies, and progress.
  • Timely commencement of work and early identification and resolution of bottlenecks.
  • Preparing clear reports on progress, risks, and results.
  • Handling issues chain-wide, assigning actions to the appropriate departments, and following up on them.
  • Feeding teams with the right progress information and collaborating with Corporate Banking, Asset Management, Production, and Communications.
  • Ensuring that releases are predictable, executable, and explainable to internal stakeholders and customers.
