You direct releases, connect departments, and create insight into what is possible and when.
Job requirements
- University education.
- Experience with supply chain and project coordination, preferably in a complex operational environment.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management, escalation, and accelerating decision-making.
- Data-driven reporting skills and the ability to clearly summarize progress, results, and bottlenecks.
- Ability to make complex information understandable for internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Experience with a grid operator is a plus.
Tasks
- Developing and maintaining a chain-wide release schedule and sub-schedules per release.
- Directing the entire release cycle: initiating, executing, and completing releases.
- Monitoring process agreements, dependencies, and progress.
- Timely commencement of work and early identification and resolution of bottlenecks.
- Preparing clear reports on progress, risks, and results.
- Handling issues chain-wide, assigning actions to the appropriate departments, and following up on them.
- Feeding teams with the right progress information and collaborating with Corporate Banking, Asset Management, Production, and Communications.
- Ensuring that releases are predictable, executable, and explainable to internal stakeholders and customers.
