As a Resident Advisor for Insulation and Subsidies, you guide residents through sustainability processes and subsidies, and empower them to move from advice to implementation.

Job requirements

Tasks

  • Conduct exploratory and in-depth conversations with residents about sustainability, focusing on requested meetings (no cold calling).
  • Support residents with the first steps, refer them to suitable advisors and installers, and review quotes and subsidy applications together.
  • Handle follow-up questions from residents via email and ensure professional, prompt handling.
  • Liaise and coordinate with advisors, implementers, and grant providers; get in touch when residents cannot figure things out.
  • Develop communication materials such as email templates and one-pagers to make support scalable and effective.
  • Be present at information markets and residents' evenings to stay connected with vulnerable target groups.
