Tasks: risk analysis, drawing up work plans, selecting execution, giving instructions, and supervising.
Required: MBO Plus or equivalent, affinity for electrical engineering, and good command of Dutch and English.

Tasks
- Responsible for the safety of work activities and their organization.

- Selecting suitable contractors for the work.
- Determining the correct working method, tools and personal protective equipment.
- Instructing those carrying out work.
- Providing supervision during work.

Description of the organization
A leading producer of aramid fibers with customers in many countries; products are used in automotive, ballistic protection, marine, wind energy, civil engineering, protective clothing, and optical cables, among others.
Approximately 275 people work at the Delfzijl location. In four independent chemical plants, the para-aramid polymer that forms the basis of the aramid fiber Twaron is manufactured in several complex steps. There is a separate facility for recovering solvents for reuse. After drying, the polymer is packaged and transported to the production site in Emmen, where it is spun into Twaron.
