Description

As a Mechanical Engineer, you design technical installations for utility projects and are involved in the development of those designs from the initial project phase.

Job requirements

  • At least two years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer, Mechanical Draughtsman, or Mechanical Modeler.
  • Knowledge of building-related installations within the non-residential sector.
  • Experience with design and engineering work.
  • In possession of driving license B.

Tasks

  • Involved from the first project phase in various utility projects.
  • Developing technical installation designs for heating systems, air handling systems, cooling systems, and geothermal energy systems.
  • Translating technical requirements into feasible designs, with attention to quality, sustainability, regulations, and budget.
  • Coordinating with clients, architects, project managers, modelers, and construction colleagues during the various project phases.
  • Monitoring the technical quality of the design and adjusting in the event of changes in projects.
  • Guiding modelers and drafters in the further development of installations and ensuring that all involved parties have the correct technical information.
  • Efficiently prepare projects to promote successful realization.
