Description

Internship within the Learning & Development team of the H₂ Academy, part of Resato Hydrogen Technology. You will assist in the organization of training courses and learning programs and get a behind-the-scenes look at a fast-growing organization in the energy transition.

Job requirements

  • You are pursuing a higher professional or associate degree program in Human Resource Management, Educational Science, Learning & Development in Organisations, or a similar field of study.
  • You are looking for a third-year internship.
  • Accurate, organized, and administratively strong.
  • You enjoy organizing things and maintaining an overview.
  • Communicatively skilled and enjoys working collaboratively.

Tasks

  • Assisting with the planning, organization, and coordination of training sessions, workshops, educational programs, and events, both internal and external.
  • Maintain contact with trainers, participants, and external training partners.
  • Processing and managing training data in learning systems and keeping the training administration up to date.
  • Assisting with communication regarding training and learning activities.
  • Assisting with the collection and analysis of evaluations and feedback from participants.
  • Contributing ideas for improvements to learning processes and learning experiences.
  • Assisting with various HR and L&D projects.
