Operational change agent who translates strategy into concrete results at locations. Implements supply chain changes and supports operational teams during implementation. Requires 5–10 years of experience in supply chain or logistics and deployment across multiple locations.
Description
You bring strategy to life on the shop floor during a large-scale supply chain transformation. As a link between the central transformation program and the operational teams, you translate plans into a practical approach and guide the implementation across multiple locations.
Job requirements
- Strong analytical skills and at home in an operational environment.
- Energy and motivation to implement changes and bring people on board with new working methods.
- 5–10 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, transport, or fleet operations.
- Experience with operational change processes or transformation programs.
- Pragmatic, result-oriented, and hands-on approach.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect various stakeholders.
- Willingness to be frequently present at locations and a place of residence central to the work area, preferably in Drenthe or Overijssel.
Tasks
- Realize the operational implementation of supply chain changes across multiple locations.
- Support Area Managers and operational teams in implementing new processes, systems, and working methods.
- Observe, coach, resolve bottlenecks, and turn resistance into engagement.
- Identify bottlenecks and resistance and translate them into practical solutions.
- Monitoring a consistent rollout of standardized processes.
- Connect the central transformation program with daily practice and encourage continuous improvement.
