Construction Project Manager

Construction Project Managers are responsible for planning and coordinating construction projects. They provide expertise in the design phase of construction projects by facilitating more accurate cost estimation and functional implications. They participate in tendering processes for construction projects and hire subcontractors to deliver the various phases of the construction process from start to finish. They strive to increase the value of projects by both improving efficiency and creating value for clients.
