WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Are you an enthusiastic MBO or HBO student and do you want to discover how technical projects are organized behind the scenes? Then this internship is for you.

During your internship at the office in Veendam, you will work alongside experienced colleagues in engineering, work preparation, and project support. You will gain insight into how projects are prepared, planned, and managed.

Your duties may include, among other things:

• Assisting with the preparation of projects;
• Creating and checking technical documents;
• Assisting with planning, calculations, and material flows;
• Contribute to process improvements;
• Supporting engineers, work planners, and project managers;
• Completing an internship or graduation project relevant to your study program.

Your internship assignment

Starting in September, you will work on a concrete internship or graduation assignment focused on setting up progress monitoring within our projects. You will investigate how project progress can be made more transparent, monitored, and reported. Based on your analysis, you will develop a practical methodology, dashboard, or reporting structure that enables project teams to better track and adjust project progress.

In this role, you work closely with project leaders, work planners, and other involved colleagues so that your solution is immediately applicable in practice.

WHAT DO YOU MAKE?

• You are following an MBO or HBO program, for example: Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Technical Business Administration, Built Environment, Infrastructure, or Engineering Technician;
• You are curious and eager to learn;
• You work accurately and take initiative;
• You enjoy working together in a technical environment.
