WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

As Logistics & Materials Employee Prefab You are the linchpin in the management of our equipment, tools, and warehouse. Thanks to your efforts, our colleagues on the projects always have the right materials and resources at the right time. You ensure a safe, organized, and efficient flow of goods and are an important link within our prefab department in Veendam.

Your duties will include:

Equipment management & warehouse

• Managing equipment, tools, and supplies for the prefab department;
• Registering, issuing, and receiving equipment and materials;
• Maintaining records, such as inventory, inspections, certifications, and maintenance;
• Setting up and maintaining an organized and safe warehouse;
• Ensuring that projects have the necessary materials and resources available in a timely manner;
• Managing standard stock levels and signaling when replenishment is needed;
• Supporting the logistical preparation of prefabrication work.

Logistics & transport

• Arranging and coordinating transport between branches, project locations, and suppliers using a company vehicle and trailer;
• Coordinating the transport planning with project managers, work planners, and site supervisors;
• Receiving, checking and sending goods;
• Administrative processing of incoming and outgoing deliveries;
• Identifying and resolving logistical bottlenecks, damage, or delays;
• Contribute to an efficient flow of goods between the various locations.

WHAT DO YOU MAKE?

• You have an MBO working and thinking level;
• You have experience with logistics, warehouse management, or equipment management (or are motivated to quickly master this);
• You are in possession of a B and BE driving license;
• You have technical insight and an affinity for equipment and tools;
• You work independently, accurately, and maintain an overview, even when it is busy;
• You are practically minded, think ahead, and communicate easily with colleagues and suppliers;
• You have experience with Microsoft Office; knowledge of an ERP, warehouse, or inventory system is a plus.

• A salary between €2500 and €3500, commensurate with your knowledge, age, and experience;
