As a Trainee CNC Miller / Operator, you get the chance to really put the trade into practice.
learn. You will start working at our modern production facility, where you will be trained to become
Fully qualified CNC machinist. While you work, you pursue an MBO (vocational) education.
Machining Technologist or Production Techniques Employee. This is how you combine learning and
you work and grow step by step in operating and processing high-quality
products on our CNC machines.
You will be paired with experienced colleagues who will guide you through the process. You will learn
working with, among others, 4- and 5-axis milling machines, mostly equipped with Siemens
840D control.
During your work-study program, you will learn, among other things:
- Processing products based on work instructions and technical drawings;
- Operating and monitoring CNC machines;
- Perform basic settings and run simple programs;
- Resolving minor malfunctions and performing first-line maintenance;
- Ensuring a neat, safe, and organized workplace;
- Collaborating with colleagues and communicating effectively during handovers;
- Numbering, brushing, and deburring products.
Job requirements
- You want to start or have started an MBO program in Machining Technology or
- Production Techniques Employee;
- Interest in CNC technology and precision machining;
- You are willing to work in two shifts (07:00 – 15:30 / 15:30 – 00:00);
- You can come to our location in Sneek independently.
Working conditions
- An appropriate trainee salary of up to €2.850 gross per month, based on age;
- 17% shift allowance;
- Optional night shift with 25% surcharge and €10 extra per hour;
