CNC Miller / Operator

What are you going to do?
As CNC Miller / Operator You can perfectly put your interest in precision and CNC machining to good use! You will machine our products using, among others, 4- and 5-axis milling machines. The CNC-controlled machines mostly feature a Siemens 840D control system. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously to produce series or single-piece products. Together with your colleagues, you will manage the process and coordinate the work.

Your daily tasks are:
• Deliver the product in accordance with the work instructions and drawings;
• Operating and monitoring the CNC machine;
• Optimizing and programming the CNC machine;
• Performing first-line maintenance work and ensuring a clean and organized workplace;
• Properly hand over the work to the next team;
• Maintain contact with the other departments regarding projects, progress, and quality;
• Numbering, brushing, and deburring products.

What are you taking with you?
That you feel responsible for our products and your own work. Additionally, you contribute ideas for improvements to the production process and are able to manufacture complex products and operate multiple CNC machines.

In addition, we ask:
• MBO working and thinking level in the field of machining;
• Willing to work in two shifts (07:00 – 15:30 / 15:30 – 00:00);
• Willing to supervise students / interns where necessary;
• You can get to the location in Sneek independently.

We specialize in the production of turbine blades, accessories, and complex products for industrial turbines, compressors, and pumps. In our modern production facility in Sneek, we work on projects for our customers worldwide.
