Description

As Design Manager/Project Manager, you lead design processes from idea to execution and serve as the point of contact for clients and the design team.

Job requirements

  • Completed higher professional education in civil engineering.
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar position.
  • Knowledge of various (integrated) contract forms; knowledge of UAV-gc and construction team is a plus.
  • Competencies: skilled communication, enterprising, analytical, responsible, accurate, proactive, and result- and solution-oriented.
  • Commercial and collaborative attitude and willingness to delve deeper into contract forms.

  • Leading design processes from idea to execution.
  • Ensuring that designs meet all relevant standards and client requirements.
  • Monitoring quality, project objectives, and deadlines.

  • Drafting, monitoring, and adjusting design schedules, budgets, and quality objectives.
  • Coaching, guiding, and expanding the design team.
