As Design Manager/Project Manager, you lead design processes from idea to execution and serve as the point of contact for clients and the design team.
Job requirements
- Completed higher professional education in civil engineering.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of various (integrated) contract forms; knowledge of UAV-gc and construction team is a plus.
- Competencies: skilled communication, enterprising, analytical, responsible, accurate, proactive, and result- and solution-oriented.
- Commercial and collaborative attitude and willingness to delve deeper into contract forms.
Tasks
- Leading design processes from idea to execution.
- Ensuring that designs meet all relevant standards and client requirements.
- Monitoring quality, project objectives, and deadlines.
- Maintaining close contact with clients and strengthening client relationships.
- Drafting, monitoring, and adjusting design schedules, budgets, and quality objectives.
- Coaching, guiding, and expanding the design team.
- Identifying commercial opportunities and contributing to acquisition.
- Contribute to the growth of the design department.
