Lead Software Engineer System
Responsible for the technical implementation and management of project teams. Key responsibilities: designing, engineering, and coordinating project planning and customer contact. Requires a higher professional education in technical computer science, experience with PLC/SCADA/IEC 61131-3, and experience in power electronics.

Job requirements
- HBO education in technical computer science or comparable.
- Several years of work experience in a similar position.
- Experience with automation software (e.g. PLC, SCADA, HMI).
- Experience with the IEC 61131-3 standard (Structured Text, Function Block Diagram).
- Creative and solution-oriented thinking.
- Be able to work well with others and have good communication skills.
- Proactive attitude with good analytical skills.
- Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
Tasks
- Responsible for the technical implementation of projects and determining the strategy together with the project manager.
- Managing project teams consisting of engineers, developers and commissioning staff.
- Creating the basic design and engineering key design parts.
- Anticipate activities that deviate from the project plan and inform the project manager about progress.
- Representing the organisation to the client and acting as a point of contact for technical aspects.
- Initiating improvement proposals for product and process improvement to strengthen the competitive position.
