HVAC Service Projects Technician

As an HVAC Service Project Technician at Unica Building Services, you work in buildings that are fully operational, such as offices, schools, hospitals, and high-tech production sites. You ensure that mechanical installations continue to run, are renewed, or smartly adapted; you install new systems and carry out replacements, expansions, and modifications to existing systems. Because you work in existing buildings, consultation with users and colleagues is important, and you work neatly and safely so that people experience as little disruption as possible.

• MBO level 3 or 4 diploma in installation technology or mechanical engineering.
• Relevant work experience as a utility mechanic.
• Knowledge of HVAC.
• Customer-oriented, collegial and solution-oriented attitude.
• Good command of the Dutch language.
• The will to continue developing yourself.

• Start with a short consultation or get started straight away with work instructions.
• Installing new systems and carrying out replacements, expansions, and modifications to existing systems.
• Replacing air handling units, rerouting pipework, and connecting heating systems.
• Working on heating, cooling, air-handling and climate control installations.
• Reading technical drawings, assembling according to plan and checking whether the material is correct.
• Identify deviations and resolve them or coordinate with the work planner or site manager.
• Consult with users and colleagues, take the surroundings into account, and ensure a neat and safe execution.
• Delivering quality craftsmanship together with the team.
