Spatial Planning Environmental Advisor
You advise entrepreneurs on spatial planning and the environment in business development plans. Responsible for procedures, environmental plans, Plan-EIA, and consultations with municipalities. Requirements: minimum of a higher professional education (HBO) working and thinking level and at least two years of relevant experience.
Description
You advise and guide clients regarding their development plans and work with entrepreneurs on the realization of business development plans. The role is broad and dynamic, offers room for initiative, and contributes to the development of a department focused on innovation, proactivity, and market orientation.
Job requirements
- Minimum higher professional education work and thinking level, preferably a completed degree in Spatial Planning.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Affinity with the agricultural sector.
- Strong commercial and communication skills; results-oriented.
- Enterprising and innovative, with courage and drive.
- Good analytical skills and accurate working methods.
Tasks
- Advising and supporting on spatial planning procedures.
- Advising users of rural areas on spatial planning issues.
- Coordinating various spatial planning procedures.
- Consultation with municipalities on spatial planning and permitting procedures.
- Drafting and justifying the SEA plan.
- Advising on and drafting environmental plans and project decisions, including conducting (or having conducted) necessary studies.
- Recruiting new customers and maintaining the network.
- Contributing ideas and proposing creative and appropriate solutions for spatial planning issues.
- Collaborate with internal staff.
