Description

As an Environmental Advisor at Archytes, you assess and guide environmental permits and notifications. You ensure that companies comply with legislation regarding noise, odor, ecology, external safety, light, air quality, sustainability, and energy. Together with colleagues in permitting, supervision, and enforcement, you contribute to a healthy and safe living environment, with your work area in the Delfzijl or Veendam region.

Job requirements

  • Minimum HBO working and thinking level with a relevant education (e.g. environmental science or process/chemical technology).
  • Knowledge of the Environmental Activities Decree (Bal) and the Environmental Act.
  • Extensive relevant work experience in the environmental field.
  • Experience in writing reports and advice.
  • Pragmatic, result- and solution-oriented working method; shows initiative.
  • Good oral and written communication skills; able to clearly convey complex subject matter.
  • A strong social and political acumen; collaboration and a flexible, connecting attitude.

Tasks

  • Assessing and supervising environmental permits and notifications.
