Paid MBO-3 training to become an electrician combining vocational school and practical work; you contribute to the energy transition and work at various locations in the region.

• VMBO diploma (theoretical, mixed, or vocational) or specialization in electrical engineering, and willingness to follow a practice-oriented MBO-3 Electrician course.
• Preferably already has experience with electrical engineering through education and/or work.
• Proficient with computers.
• In possession of driving license B.
• Residing in the Groningen region (approximately Leek and surroundings) due to on-call duties.
• Good command of the Dutch language, at least at B2 level.

• Completion of the training program to become an electrical or gas technician, including practical assignments and school reports.
• Taking exams for various safety training courses.
• Performing maintenance work and troubleshooting together with colleagues.
• Ensuring that the company van receives maintenance on time and that the MOT is scheduled.
• Troubleshooting, maintaining installations, replacing distribution cabinets, and converting complete substations.
• Inspecting stations and recording transformer loads.
• Performing on-call duties as soon as you are ready.
• Keeping up to date in technology and safety through the vocational school.

• Your own company van from day one, equipped with tools and suited to your work.

• Compensation of €455 gross per on-call and breakdown shift; hours spent during a breakdown are paid extra, and you accrue additional leave days on these.

• Personal budget of 10% and a 13th month of 10,7% of your gross annual salary, flexible in use.
• 8% holiday allowance on your gross annual salary.
• 24,5 vacation days for full-time employment; with a personal budget and 13th month, it is possible to purchase additional leave days up to a maximum of 35,5 days.
