Technical service engineer for mechanical installations, active in Groningen, Friesland, and Drenthe.
Responsible for the installation, maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting of mechanical installations.
Required: MBO level 3 or 4 Mechanical Engineering and several years of work experience as a service technician.
Description
You work independently at client sites in the Groningen, Friesland, and Drenthe regions and can rely on colleagues for consultation and support. You carry out work for clients in sectors including healthcare, education, the public sector, and business services.
Job requirements
- Completed technical vocational training at MBO level 3 or 4 in mechanical engineering or similar.
- Several years of work experience as a (senior) service technician.
- Solid mechanical engineering knowledge.
- Administrative skills for preparing reports.
- Clear communication towards different types of customers.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.
- Willingness to participate in on-call duties.
Tasks
- Installing mechanical systems and assisting with their commissioning.
- Replacing installations in boiler rooms and installing boilers.
- Work on air handling units, replacement of piping and sanitary work.
- Performing maintenance, conducting inspections, and carrying out minor repairs.
- Troubleshooting and troubleshooting.
- Working in accordance with applicable safety regulations and digitally recording activities.
- Registering additional work and coordinating with the work planner.
- Knowledge of refrigeration systems is a plus.
