Description

As an Energy Transition Groundworker, you work outdoors on the installation of cables and pipelines for sustainable energy projects and see the results of your work every day.

Job requirements

  • VMBO education or willingness to learn the trade in practice.
  • VCA certificate or willingness to obtain one.
  • Certificates such as VOP and BEI are a plus.
  • Driving license B (BE is an advantage).
  • Team player, physically fit and safety conscious.

Tasks

  • Excavating and backfilling trenches and pits, especially in places where machines cannot reach.
  • Installation and maintenance of cable and pipeline routes (electricity, water, telecom, and gas).
  • Assisting crane operators and mechanics.
  • Paving repair work and cleanup.
  • Excavating test trenches for inspection and localization.
  • Work in accordance with safety regulations and guidelines.

Working conditions

  • Salary in accordance with the Collective Labour Agreement for Technical Installation Companies, commensurate with experience.
  • Full-time job with the prospect of a permanent contract.
  • 26 vacation days plus 13 ADV days for full-time employment.
