E&I technicians perform maintenance, repairs, and optimization of recycling and production equipment.
Required: MBO degree in Electrical Engineering or similar and knowledge of electrical and instrumental systems.
Works in a growing chemical recycling plant with major expansion plans.
Description
As an E&I Technician, you will work during the day within the maintenance team and report to the Maintenance Manager.
Job requirements
- Completed technical vocational training, for example in Electrical Engineering, Measurement & Control Technology, Energy Technology or similar.
- Several years of experience in a similar position within a chemical or production environment is an advantage.
- Knowledge of electrical and instrumental systems; ability to read technical drawings and diagrams.
- Team player with problem-solving skills and good communication skills.
- Safety-conscious, practical and no-nonsense mentality.
- Willingness to develop yourself further and learn new technical skills.
Tasks
- Maintain, repair and optimize recycling and production equipment.
- Performing preventive maintenance.
- Resolving technical faults and minimizing production downtime.
- Contribute to improving work processes and implementing technical solutions.

Description of the organization
CIRCTEC converts worn-out car tires into carbon black and biofuels in an energy-neutral way. The first six brand-new reactors are operational, and after the official opening in early 2026, phase 2 will begin with an additional 22 reactors. CIRCTEC is growing rapidly and had approximately 60 employees at the time of its opening.
