As an energy advisor, you conduct home surveys and prepare sustainability recommendations for private homeowners, focusing on the home as a whole.

Job requirements

  • Knowledge of construction and/or installation technology, acquired through education or work experience; candidates without this background may apply if they demonstrate interest and a willingness to develop.
  • Experience reading and interpreting architectural drawings.
  • Willingness to acquire new knowledge and continue developing professionally.
  • EPA-W diploma or willingness to obtain one.
  • Proficiency in the use of computers, mobile devices, and relevant software.
  • In possession of driving license B.

Tasks

  • Conduct property surveys and inventory the current situation, wishes, and possibilities.
  • Conduct technical analyses and develop various improvement opportunities.
  • Develop improvement opportunities in the areas of insulation, installation technology, and energy generation.
  • Create technical designs and elaborate data if necessary.
  • Translate collected information into concrete and independent advice and hold conversations with homeowners.
  • After the visit, further process the collected data at the office and prepare the necessary reports and designs.
