Consultant Technical Safety
Description
As a Senior Consultant Technical Safety, you work within the national consultancy team and advise industrial clients on technical safety. You are part of a multidisciplinary team that collaborates closely with engineering and other specialties, and contribute to safe and regulated production.
Job requirements
- Several years of experience in an industrial environment, for example as an advisor, consultant, engineer or process operator.
- At least a completed technical bachelor's or master's degree.
- Driving License B.
- Good command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing.
- Ability to plan and organize own work, with room for independence.
- Team player with a result-oriented, independent, and flexible attitude.
Tasks
- Advising clients on what is required to comply with legal frameworks and standards for safe working.
- Leading HAZOP studies and acting as chair during these studies.
- Adding substantive knowledge to projects and acting as an organizer and sparring partner for stakeholders.
- Collaborating with clients to ensure technical safety in accordance with their guidelines.
- Assisting in the development of working methods, using market-oriented methods developed by the organization.
- Acting as an independent consultant for process safety in collaboration with the client.
