The inspector performs SCIOS Scope 8, Scope 10, and NEN 3140 inspections of electrical installations.
Requires MBO-4 or HBO Electrical Engineering and SCIOS Scope 8 or 10 (or willingness to obtain these).
Working area Friesland; independent position within a growing family business.
Description
As a Scope 8, Scope 10, and NEN 3140 Inspector, you will carry out inspections at new construction, maintenance, and existing non-residential buildings. You will work largely independently and are given the trust and freedom to fulfill the role in your own way. The work area is primarily the province of Friesland.
Job requirements
- Minimum MBO level 4 or HBO education in electrical engineering, construction or mechanical engineering.
- SCIOS Scope 8 or Scope 10 diploma, or willingness to obtain it.
- Experience as an electrician or as an inspector of low-voltage installations.
- Knowledge of the NEN 1010 and NEN 3140 standards.
- In possession of driving license B.
- Skills: ability to work independently, proactive, customer-oriented, flexible, reliable, and positive attitude.
Tasks
- Performing SCIOS Scope 8 and Scope 10 inspections on electrical installations.
- Carrying out NEN 3140 inspections.
- Testing of new and existing electrical installations and performing acceptance inspections according to NEN 1010.
- Preparing clear reports after each inspection and advising clients on the condition and safety of the electrical installation.
- Conduct inspections at various clients, such as agricultural businesses and new construction projects.
