Inspector Scope 12
Description
As a Scope 12 (PV) Inspector, you conduct inspections of new and existing PV installations and are responsible for technical depth and safety. You perform visual inspections, measurements, and tests, prepare digital reports, and advise clients on potential areas for improvement. You are given the trust and freedom to shape the role according to your own insights and work primarily in the Northern Netherlands, with a focus on Friesland.
Job requirements
- Minimum MBO level 4 or HBO education in electrical engineering, construction or mechanical engineering.
- SCIOS Scope 12 diploma, or willingness to obtain one; candidates with PV experience without a diploma may also be considered.
- Experience as an electrician or as an inspector of low-voltage installations.
- Knowledge of the NEN1010 and NEN3140 standards.
- In possession of driving license B.
- Skills and competencies: working independently, proactive, customer-oriented, flexible, reliable, and positive attitude.
Tasks
- Inspection of large PV installations, such as solar roofs and solar parks, in accordance with SCIOS Scope 12.
- Check whether new and existing PV installations comply with applicable standards and safety requirements.
- Performing visual inspections, measurements and tests.
- Creating clear digital reports after each inspection.
- Advising clients on how to resolve identified issues.
