Description

As an installation engineer, you'll ensure that hydrogen refueling stations are assembled, installed, and prepared for commissioning on-site. You'll work at locations throughout Europe and be the technical point of contact within a project team of specialists, civil contractors, and a project manager.

Job requirements

  • Completed MBO level 4 education in a technical field (e.g. installation technology, engineering, maintenance/electrical engineering).
  • Several years of experience as an installation technician or installation engineer, preferably in an industrial environment.
  • Accurate, stress-resistant and able to work independently.
  • Good communication skills and sense of responsibility.
  • Willingness to work abroad for extended periods.

Tasks

  • Installing and assembling the main parts of the hydrogen filling station.
  • Installing piping according to drawing and preparing welding and RTD.
  • Alignment, installation and assembly of installation parts.
  • Install, bundle and connect cabling according to E-diagrams.
  • Checking electrical systems via I/O checklists and performing cause & effect tests.
  • Pressurising of piping systems in accordance with ITP documents.
  • Collection and processing of technical data and project information.
  • Ensure tools, materials, and a neat delivery are available for the commissioning engineer.
  • Keeping track of administration such as hours, materials, consumption and expenses.
