Working Foreman Forewoman
Description
You are an all-round specialist in electrical engineering within utility projects, responsible for the safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of work. You monitor the schedule, act as the point of contact at the project site, and collaborate with a team of electricians based on the design and planning provided by project managers. Projects encompass complete installations in apartment complexes, warehouses, and commercial buildings, and involve new construction, renovation, and large-scale remodeling.
Job requirements
- At least completed relevant MBO level 3 or 4 education.
- More than 5 years of relevant work experience is highly desirable.
- In possession of driving license B.
- Good command of the Dutch language.
- Strong regulatory, organizational, and communication skills; enjoy leading a team.
- Ability to work independently, proactively and customer-oriented.
- Personal competencies: flexible, reliable and positive attitude.
Tasks
- Managing and supervising electricians at the project location.
- Ensure safe, efficient and high-quality execution of work.
- Installing, connecting, and assembling complete electrical installations (distribution cabinets, cabling, lighting, switches, etc.).
- Monitoring planning and progress and acting as the point of contact at the project location.
- Collaborate with fellow installers, subcontractors, and project management to deliver installations safely, to high quality, and on schedule.
- Working on new construction, renovation and large-scale conversions of commercial buildings.
- Ensure that the work on location is carried out neatly and professionally.
