Project Coordinator Outfitting

As a Project Coordinator at Marine Service Noord, you are the link between technology, planning, and people. You make a difference in the installation of mechanical systems on board superyachts. With your overview and strong communication skills, you make a direct contribution to sustainable, innovative installations that advance the maritime world. You contribute directly to diverse international ship projects and work on-site at clients in the west of the country.

• HBO working and thinking level, at least a completed technical education at MBO4 level.
• Preferably several years of relevant work experience in a similar position and industry.
• Knowledge of reading drawings and diagrams is an advantage.
• Experience with ERP systems and Excel.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English.
• Strong communication skills, independent, flexible, and with an affinity for technology and logistics; able to switch gears quickly and maintain an overview.

• Coordinating the installation process of mechanical systems within the assembly department.
• Ensuring a well-thought-out division of labor so that technicians can perform their work optimally.
• Monitoring efficiency, structure, and quality standards during the installation process.
• Maintain close contact with the project manager, the engineering group leader, the outfitting foreman, and the client.
• Working on complex projects where multiple parties are active simultaneously.
