Construction Manager

Leadership role as director on construction projects, with a results-oriented approach and an affinity for sustainability and circularity.

• At least a completed MBO or HBO education in construction engineering.
• At least five years of experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of current legislation and regulations in construction.
• Experience with energy improvement projects, maintenance and new construction.
• Possession of the ICT knowledge/skills expected for the position.
• In possession of VCA VOL and driving license B.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Decisive, analytical and good at dealing with complex situations.

• Coordinating, coordinating, and advising on construction projects on site, both at the preparatory and implementation levels.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and all parties involved in the implementation; represent the client and provide accountability.
• Participation in construction meetings, often in the role of chairman.
• Monitor the implementation and compliance of agreements.
