Job requirements
- Completed MBO or HBO education in Construction Engineering.
- VCA diploma.
- Driving license B and own car.
- At least five years of relevant work experience.
- Proficient in relevant applications and automation packages.
- Knowledge and experience with UAV-GC, D&B and EPC processes.
- Knowledge of building materials and construction methods.
- Customer-oriented, cost-conscious, accurate and solution-oriented.
Tasks
- Performing recordings and making calculations.
- Work preparation and practical preparation of activities.
- Construction supervision and management of implementation, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Collecting, checking and recording project information and translating it into clear plans.
- Instructing involved parties and monitoring progress, planning, safety, quality, and budget.
