Project manager

As a project manager, you are the director of complex, multidisciplinary construction projects. You maintain an overview, provide structure, and ensure that all parts of the project come together smoothly. You monitor planning, quality, safety, health, and environment (QHSE) and act as a connecting link within the project.

• Completed higher professional education in Construction Engineering or university working and thinking level.
• At least four years of relevant work experience as a project manager in the construction sector.
• Excellent construction knowledge.
• Inspiring, coaching leadership and the ability to motivate employees.
• Good communication skills, proactive, results-oriented and cost-conscious.

• Maintains an overview, provides structure, and ensures that all parts of the project come together smoothly.
• Sets and monitors scope, planning, and budget.
• Monitors Quality, Safety, Health, and Environment (QSHE).
• Functionally manages the project team, motivates employees, and safeguards team spirit.
• Communicates with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensures correct administrative and financial handling of projects.
