QHSE Manager and member of the Leadership Team, responsible for the implementation and optimization of QHSE standards.
Leads audits, root cause analyses and digitalization of QHSE processes.
Requirement: higher vocational education, VCA VOL and fluent Dutch and English.
Description
As QHSE Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the implementation and optimization of quality, health, safety, and environmental standards. You'll be a member of the Leadership Team and contribute to strengthening QHSE principles across all core activities.
Job requirements
- Completed higher vocational education and several years of technical or business work experience.
- VCA VOL certification.
- In-depth knowledge of occupational health and safety legislation, quality assurance, safety science and environmental science.
- Experience with internal audit techniques and knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant management systems.
- Very good IT skills in Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
Tasks
- Develop, implement and manage policies in accordance with best practices and legislation.
- Updating and auditing the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001.
- Investigate and record non-conformities and conduct root cause analyses with corrective measures.
- Collect, analyze and report QHSE statistics to management.
- Digitizing QHSE processes through the implementation of software applications.
- Design and implement training to improve QHSE awareness.
- Leading and revitalizing the emergency response team and coordinating exercises and training.
- Supporting Commercial, Engineering and Operations with QHSE issues.
