CNC Operator / Production Operator

Work in a modern production environment in Emmen with CNC-controlled machines and sustainable bio-based materials. Full-time position with a guaranteed four-day work week.
Job requirements
- Secondary vocational education working and thinking level, preferably in the technical or production field.
- Experience as an operator or CNC operator is a plus.
- Technical insight and a precise working method.
- Able to work independently and collaborate well.
- Willingness to learn various machines and processes.
Tasks
- Operating a CNC robot milling machine for contour milling and drilling.
- Converting clamping jigs and tools.
- Pressing and baking of products based on hemp mats.
- Finishing such as sanding, finishing, and oiling.
- Production of flax column legs via filament winding.
- Assembly, packaging, and logistics operations.
- Cleaning and basic maintenance of machines.
- Contributing to a smooth production process and collaborating with colleagues.
